On 13-14 June 2018 in Gomel the Belarusian Research Institute of Records Management and Archival Science (BelNIIDAD) held practical oriented workshops \u201cRecords management in the company\u2019s personnel office\u201d<\/b> and \u201cRecords management in business companies\u201d<\/b>. <\/p>\n
The workshops were organized by the initiative of the Belorusneft Oil and Gas Production Company. More than 60 people from the records management, personnel and juridical services of the company and its subdivisions participated. The lecturer at the workshops was BelNIIDAD Director A. Rybakov.<\/p>\n
The workshops discussed a wide range of issues: rules of making records according to Standard STB 6.38-2016 and the Instruction for Records Management in Government Institutions; document workflow in organizations; receipt, registration and execution of records; specifics of electronic records, electronic recordkeeping; file classification plans in organizations; records appraisal and scheduling, selection of records for preservation at the archives; personnel records etc. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
