The event took place at the Yanka Kupala Central Library in Minsk.<\/p>\n<p>Participants at the event were E. Kubyshkina, director of the state institution \u201cThe Centralized System of Minsk State Public Libraries\u201d and T. Rakhmanko, the Archive&rsquo;s head of records and information department.<\/p>\n<p>The event demonstrated a documentary dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the foundation of the BGAKFFD (2011, director V. Korolyov) and newsreels \u201cSoviet Belarus\u201d (No. 2 ,1948; No. 1, 1958; No. 1, 1968) taken at the Minsk Studio of Scientific-Popular and Documentary Films and showing the basic events that happened in  Belarus in the first months of the past years. <\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/images\/novosti\/1_kuchko.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"263\" alt=\"Photo by E.
