The Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Belarus held a board meeting to discuss work on implementing administrative procedures<\/b> at the Department and at the state archives in 2017.<\/p>\n
In May 2017 the Department held \u201ca direct telephone line\u201d on the topic \u201cExecution of administrative procedures at the state archival institutions in the Republic of Belarus\u201d. Another \u201cdirect telephone line\u201d is scheduled for December 2017 on the topic \u201cAttachment of an Apostille to documents created by the state archives in the Republic of Belarus\u201d.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the Plan of Action for 2017, the Department has completed a complex inspection at the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art and the Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation. Currently a complex inspection is being conducted at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus. <\/p>\n
The board meeting recommended the Department’s Division for Organizational Work, Information and Use of Records and the heads of the state archives to permanently monitor the execution of legislation on administrative procedures at the state archives and to regularly discuss work on administrative procedures at the board meetings. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
