M. Magidov, Doctor of History, Professor, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From the Belarusian State Archives of Films, Photographs and Sound Recordings the participants at the conference were the deputy director E. M. Grinevich and the chief keeper A. K. Kot.<\/p>\n<p>A. K. Kot delivered a report \u201cThe audiovisual records as art works\u201d, and E. M.
