Minsk Province\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Among the speakers at the presentation were Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management V. Adamushko, NIAB Director D. Yatsevich, the monograph\u2019s author, NIAB Deputy Director D. Liseichikov, division head of the History Institute of the National Academy of Sciences A. Dovnar, leading specialist of the Belarus Publishing House A.
