On the basis of examples, the guidance defines and explains requirements for file plans contents and organization, the procedure for their creation and confirmation.  <\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/images\/novosti\/met_rec_obl.jpg\" width=\"130\" height=\"179\" border=\"1\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"5\" align=\"left\"><br \/>\nThe Methodical Recommendations discuss the issues of organizing file folders from the time of their creation in institution until their transfer to the archive. The Recommendations are supplied with a big number of examples and appendixes. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/images\/novosti\/bash_14.jpg\" width=\"130\" height=\"178\" border=\"1\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"5\" align=\"left\"><br \/>\nThe Belarusian Archaeography Annual Issue 14 provides material on archival science, historical editing, source analysis, codex and text science, and the history of government institutions. The book contains documents on the medieval, new and contemporary history of Belarus, reviews of archival holdings, and other materials.
