{"id":225,"date":"2013-12-03T09:32:04","date_gmt":"2013-12-03T06:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=225"},"modified":"2013-12-03T09:32:04","modified_gmt":"2013-12-03T06:32:04","slug":"exhibition-of-archival-documents-vivat-notariat-opened-at-the-website-of-the-minsk-region-executive-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/225","title":{"rendered":"Exhibition of archival documents \u201cVivat notariat!\u201d opened at the website of the Minsk Region Executive Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 1 December 2013 an exhibition of archival documents <b><a href=\"http:\/\/minobljust.gov.by\/ru\/arhivnoe_delo\/vivat_notariat\">\u201cVivat notariat!\u201d<\/a><\/b> was opened at the website of the Minsk Region Executive Committee\u2019s justice administration timed to the Day of Lawyer. <\/p>\n<p>The exhibition was prepared by the staff members of the State Archives of Minsk Region in connection with the jubilee celebrations of the notarial system in the Republic of Belarus. <\/p>\n<p>On display are the legislative records governing the activity of the notaries public in Belarus in the 1920s \u2013 1950s and the exemplars of the main notarial actions: certification of transactions and agreements (purchase and sale, donation, development of land etc.), imposition of a ban on the disposal of property.<\/p>\n<p> The exhibition shows an original copy of I.D. Lutsevich\u2019s (Yanka Kupala) application to the Minsk municipal service requesting to submitt documents for the house sale to the notary officer.
