On October 23, 2026, the Faculty of History at the Belarusian State University<\/strong> (BSU) hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference \u00abPichet Readings \u2013 2026: Historical Science in the Perspective of Interdisciplinary Research (marking the 105th anniversary of the Belarusian State University)\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Welcoming remarks were delivered by: A.V.Blokhin, First Vice-Rector of the Belarusian State University, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor<\/strong>; A.G.Kokhanovsky, Dean of the BSU Faculty of History, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor<\/strong>; O.L.Voinov, Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>; and V.L.Lakiza, Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Oleg Leonidovich Voinov<\/strong> noted that the \u00abPichet Readings\u00bb<\/strong> academic forum has long been a significant scholarly tradition at the Belarusian State University<\/strong>. He also highlighted the substantial contribution of the BSU Faculty of History to the training of professionals for the archival sector.<\/p>\n

Belarusian archivists participated actively in the conference\u2019s breakout sessions, presenting the following papers:<\/p>\n
