On October 14, Mother\u2019s Day<\/strong>, the final of the major regional project \u00abIn the Name of Woman. For the Glory of the Minsk Region\u00bb<\/strong> took place at the Palace of Culture in the city of Borisov<\/strong>. The event was organized by the Minsk Regional Executive Committee and the regional branch of the Belarusian party \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The primary goal of the project is to highlight the unique character of each of the 22 districts in the Minsk Region \u2014 as well as the city of Zhodino \u2014 through the stories of individual women. Throughout the initiative, dozens of meetings and significant dialogues were held across the region. The project aims to publicly recognize women\u2019s contributions, preserve historical memory, and promote contemporary female leadership at the local level.<\/p>\n

Delegates from the Molodechno District branch of the \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb party attended the event. Andrei Bugrov, Deputy Chairman of the \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb party<\/strong>, delivered welcoming remarks: \u00abToday, we honor those whose hearts and talents make the Minsk Region a better place. A woman is a guardian of traditions, a source of inspiration, and a creator. Seeing your success and your active civic engagement, we know that the future of our region is in reliable hands. This project was created to ensure your voices are heard and your achievements are duly recognized and appreciated. Thank you for your hard work, your love for your home, and the warmth you bring to society. May your energy never fade\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Awards were presented to women from a wide range of vital professions, including doctors, teachers, engineers, executives, cultural workers, and those in the agricultural sector. The organizers placed special emphasis on the categories \u00abWisdom of Generations\u00bb, \u00abUnity of the Youth\u00bb, and \u00abA Mother\u2019s Heart\u00bb. Among those recognized in the regional project is Inna Pudakevich, Director of the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The celebratory event concluded on a high note with a concert featuring young performers. Their creative acts were filled with warmth and sincerity, vividly illustrating the role of a mother in raising the younger generation, preserving family values, and shaping the spiritual foundations of our society.<\/p>\n
