On September 24, as part of the national \u00abUnified Safety Day\u00bb<\/strong>, an information and safety awareness meeting was held for the staff of the Zonal State Archive in MolodechNo<\/strong>.The event featured Marina Goncharova, a senior inspector from the Public Outreach and Liaison Sector of the Molodechno City and District Department of Emergency Situations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An archive is an institution with a special status where priority is given not only to the preservation of historical and social documents but also to strict adherence to fire safety regulations. For this reason, safety prevention is a matter of close attention.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Marina Goncharova<\/strong> reminded employees of basic fire and personal safety rules. Particular emphasis was placed on the safe use of electrical appliances, conduct in crowded public spaces, and strict adherence to evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency. The emergency services specialist provided a detailed explanation of the necessary actions to take during emergencies and how to summon rescue teams.<\/p>\n

The meeting took the form of an interactive dialogue<\/strong>, allowing archive staff to ask questions and receive expert answers. At the conclusion of the event, participants received thematic leaflets and informational materials. Additionally, the staff was invited to visit the interactive Safety Center located at the Molodechno District Department of Emergency Situations, where they could reinforce safe behavior skills through hands-on demonstrations.<\/p>\n

\u00abSuch safety awareness visits help foster a culture of safety among citizens and prevent tragedies; knowing simple rules saves lives and protects property\u00bb<\/em>, the speaker noted in her closing remarks.<\/p>\n
