Participants summarized the work of the first half of 2026 and approved changes to the composition of the Central District Committee and its Bureau. The Plenum noted that the activities of the district organization were systemic and successfully covered key areas of youth policy \u2013 from patriotic education and volunteerism to employment and legal education. Delegates also discussed new promising initiatives and answered pressing questions from those in attendance.
