For archivists, whose work requires particular attentiveness, perseverance, and interaction with others, these skills are doubly valuable. The ability to manage emotions and transform internal experiences into a resource helps not only in building harmonious personal and family relationships but also in professional work: when communicating with archive visitors, working in a team, and solving complex work problems.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abThe atmosphere was sincere, trusting, and inspiring\u00bb. \u00abWe received competent answers to questions that are important both for everyday life and for our profession\u00bb<\/em>, shared meeting participant Anastasia Krent.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00abYouth Women&#8217;s Platform &#8216;Territory of ROST&#8217;\u00ab project is implemented by <strong>the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> and creates a space for unlocking inner potential, self-improvement, and discussing pressing issues.
