The seminar focused on <strong>\u00abDocument Preparation in Accordance with Records Management Instructions. The Procedure for Destroying Documents with Expired Storage Periods and the Preparation of Destruction Certificates for Documents and Files Not Subject to Storage\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Six directors of regional archives attended. The seminar addressed issues related to document management, compiling file inventories and historical reports of liquidated business entities, the approval process, the destruction of documents and files not subject to storage, and the accounting and preservation of documents of liquidated business entities.
