Among the graduates of the project is a young specialist, archivist of the 1st qualification category of the institution <strong>\u00abState Archive of the Gomel Region\u00bb Victoria Rudenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, the students completed an intensive course consisting of theoretical lectures and practical classes. The project&#8217;s educational program was designed to provide young leaders with a comprehensive base for further personal, social and professional growth. One of the key practical tasks of the course was the development of one&#8217;s own project, focused on one&#8217;s institution.<\/p>\n<p>For the institution <strong>\u00abState Archive of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong> Viktoria developed and created a project to support young specialists <strong>\u00abArchivistPRO\u00bb<\/strong>.
