It was here that he created the colorful roles of Zaslonov in the play \u00abKonstantin Zaslonov\u00bb based on A. Movzon&#8217;s play, Bertman in the play based on Shakespeare&#8217;s \u00abThe End Crowns the Work\u00bb, and for his performance in the play \u00abThe Wise Man\u00bb based on N.Matukovsky&#8217;s play, N.N.Eremenko was awarded the State Prize of the BSSR. On the big screen, audiences remembered him as Ivan Subbotin in the film \u00abEternal Call\u00bb, Alexei Pavlov in \u00abPeople and Animals\u00bb, diplomat Rusanov in \u00abMoscow-Genoa\u00bb, and Alexander Nikolaevich in \u00abSon for Father\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>A promotional video for the exhibition \u00abHis Main Talent Was Humanity\u00bb was posted on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCu1uyktVZh358JOnaUF9QFQ?app=desktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>the BGAKFFD YouTube channel<\/strong><\/a> to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Nikolai Nikolaevich Eremenko Sr.&#8217;s birth.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, <strong>the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents<\/strong> holds approximately 20 photographic documents from 1960 to 1999, over 30 film documents from 1964 to 2000, and seven sound documents from 1965 to 1980, all related to the work of Nikolai Nikolaevich Eremenko Sr. The photographic documentation includes portraits of the actor, photographs capturing him during performances on the stage and film shoots, as well as photographs taken during theater conventions, parliamentary meetings, and so on. You can see the actor on screen by watching clips from the newsreels \u00abSavetskaya Belarus\u00bb and \u00abMastatstva Belarusi\u00bb and the documentaries \u00abKupalauzy\u00bb (1968), \u00abA Film Half a Century Long\u00bb (1974), \u00abLife Calls\u00bb (1984), \u00abFestival, Festival\u00bb (1985), \u00abIntermission\u00bb (1989), \u00abFrigate Melpameny\u00bb (1995), and others.<\/p>\n<p>The films \u00abNyastrachany Chas\u00bb (1996) and \u00abSelf-Portraits. Nikolai Eremenko\u00bb (2000) were dedicated to the work and life of Nikolai Nikolaevich Eremenko Sr.<\/p>\n<p>In 2001, director V.Dudin made the film \u00abNikolay Nikolaevich Eremenko Sr. Afterword\u00bb in memory of the actor. The film was made with the active participation and support of the actor&#8217;s son, Nikolai Nikolaevich Eremenko Jr.<\/p>\n<p>The archive&#8217;s sound library contains recordings of the radio programs \u00abPages of Creativity\u00bb (1965), \u00abClose to the Heart\u00bb (1975), \u00abAt the Svyatle Rampy\u00bb (1977), \u00abBow to You, Theater\u00bb (1980), and \u00abFlagship of Belarusian Art\u00bb (1980), all related to the work of N.N.Eremenko Sr.<\/p>\n<p>The creative range of N.N.Eremenko (Sr.) was a very broad actor. He created diverse, unique, and highly versatile stage personas and characters. He excelled both on stage and screen in portraying people who were inherently strong, strong-willed, and spiritually strong, confident in the inevitable triumph of good over evil.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolai Nikolaevich Eremenko (Sr.) passed away on June 30, 2000, at the age of 74, from a third heart attack.
