Participants included <strong>Lyudmila Nikolaevna Rudchenko<\/strong>, Chairperson of the Khoiniki District Council of Deputies; <strong>Lyudmila Sergeyevna Grigorieva<\/strong>, Chief Specialist of the Khoiniki District Council; and the chairpersons and office managers of village councils in the Khoiniki District.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar addressed the following topics: changes to legislation on compiling the nomenclature of files; the operation of the village executive committee archives; the concept and regulations of the expert commission; and the procedure for completing the village executive committee passport.
