{"id":1024441,"date":"2026-06-02T12:57:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T09:57:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1024441"},"modified":"2026-06-02T12:57:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T09:57:25","slug":"seminar-for-representatives-of-novogrudok-district-executive-committee-departments-and-rural-executive-committee-managers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1024441","title":{"rendered":"Seminar for representatives of Novogrudok District Executive Committee departments and rural executive committee managers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 1, 2026, a seminar on <strong>\u00abOrganizing Work with Electronic Documents\u00bb<\/strong> was held at <strong>the Zonal State Archives in Novogrudok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leading archivist M.V.Yaroshuk<\/strong> highlighted the need to develop local legal acts regulating the work with electronic documents within the organization, based on the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>The key principles for incorporating electronic files into the file nomenclature and <strong>integrating them into the organization&#8217;s electronic document management system (EDMS)<\/strong> were discussed.<\/p>\n<p>The practical experience of the Zonal State Archives in Novogrudok with electronic documents was also presented: from drafting a document to writing it into a file, creating an inventory of files for structural departments, and <strong>preparing for the transfer of electronic files for storage in the Departmental Archives automated information system<\/strong> (AIS).<\/p>\n<p>Problems arising within the organization when working with electronic documents were discussed.
