The main theme of the event was <strong>the film lecture \u00abHero Fortress\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, archivists presented a documentary film created from the collections of <strong>the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents<\/strong> with the participation of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. The film tells the story of the first hours and days of the Great Patriotic War, the heroism and courage of the defenders of the Brest Fortress, who were the first to bear the brunt of the enemy&#8217;s attacks.<\/p>\n<p>Before the screening, <strong>archival employee I.N.Eliseeva<\/strong> spoke, noting the importance of archival primary sources in protecting historical truth. Conducting such film lectures for district workforces has become a good tradition.
