On April 30, 2026, a ceremony<\/strong> was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to present certificates of inclusion on the Honor Board to the best representatives of various fields within the ministry<\/strong>. Based on the results of 2025, two dozen employees of bodies and organizations within the Ministry of Justice took their well-deserved places on the industry-specific Honor Board.<\/p>\n

The ceremony was attended by the leadership and staff of the Ministry of Justice. Minister of Justice E.I.Kovalenko<\/strong> thanked the ministry’s top employees for their conscientious and dedicated work and the results they have achieved, and noted that in the Year of Belarusian Women, 18 of the 20 inductees on the Honor Board are women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Among the distinguished employees was M.A.Starostenko, Head of the Document and Information Management Department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as NARB). Based on the 2025 results, the NARB reading room was recognized as the best among the reading rooms of the republican archival institutions. Margarita Anatolyevna took personal part in the preparation and presentation of more than 60 exhibition projects, which were presented in government agencies and organizations, universities and schools. Among the most striking and important projects are: \u00abBerezinsky Reserve: 100 Years of Preserving the Future\u00bb; documentary exhibitions for the 30th anniversary of the institution of presidency in the Republic of Belarus and the 35th anniversary of the electoral system; \u00abBelarusian State University. The Beginning (On the 100th Anniversary of the First Graduation of BSU Students)\u00bb; \u00abDedicated to the Glorious Victory\u00bb; \u00abThe Path to the Stars. The Belarusian Trace in Space and Cosmonautics\u00bb; \u00abTomorrow Was the War\u00bb; a documentary exhibition for the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus; \u00abChronicle of the Komsomol: 1920-2025\u00bb and a number of other exhibition projects. M.A.Starostenko is also a member of the writing staff for the publication \u00abThe Participation of Kazakhstanis in the Partisan Movement in Belarus 1941-1944\u00bb, and heads the Belarusian Union of Women, a primary organization of the Belarusian National Archives and Records Management Association.<\/p>\n

O.L.Voinov, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, expressed gratitude for his work and wished M.A.Starostenko further achievements.<\/strong><\/p>\n
