{"id":1023886,"date":"2026-04-28T16:11:04","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T13:11:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1023886"},"modified":"2026-04-28T16:11:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T13:11:04","slug":"on-conducting-training-sessions-in-the-scientific-and-technical-document-processing-department","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1023886","title":{"rendered":"On Conducting Training Sessions in the Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the planned series of training sessions for employees of <strong>the Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department<\/strong>, sessions on <strong>\u00abDrawing Up Certificates for the Allocation of Documents and Files Not Subject to Storage for Destruction\u00bb<\/strong> and <strong>\u00abPreparing Certificates for the Allocation of Documents and Files Not Subject to Storage for Destruction\u00bb<\/strong> were held on April 7-8, 2026, and April 28, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Training Session No.5, \u00abDrawing Up Certificates for the Allocation of Documents and Files Not Subject to Storage for Destruction\u00bb, was conducted by <strong>N.V.Isaychuk, Deputy Head of the Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department<\/strong>, and <strong>A.N.Ermashkevich, Head of the Document Value Expertise and File Description Sector for Government Organizations, Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The class covered issues related to document value assessment, document descriptions, the formation of case bundles, and the stages of including documents and cases not subject to storage in destruction orders.<\/p>\n<p>A.N.Ermashkevich and N.V.Isaychuk introduced employees to regulatory and methodological documents and their application procedures. The class also addressed the distinction between documents and cases not subject to storage orders, those marked \u00abEPC\u00bb and those not marked \u00abEPC\u00bb, the inclusion of cases containing documents with different retention periods in orders, and the assignment of case indexes. Examples of compiling order entries with different types of case headings were provided.<\/p>\n<p>A.N.Ermashkevich She developed an algorithm for describing files included in acts allocating documents for destruction and files not subject to storage. She also covered in detail the use of document lists (standard, departmental, etc.), determining document retention periods in accordance with the lists, and establishing retention periods for types of documents not reflected in the lists.<\/p>\n<p>N.V.Isaychuk, in her presentation, focused on the inclusion of accounting documents in acts allocating documents for destruction and files not subject to storage. Nadezhda Vasilyevna discussed accounting in organizations, the composition and types of accounting documents, and presented a classification of accounting documents. The lecturers discussed issues related to conducting audits of tax compliance, all additional conditions for determining the retention periods for accounting documents, and presented an algorithm for calculating their retention periods.<\/p>\n<p>The department staff were encouraged to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the lesson in practice. A.N.Ermashkevich Prepared files and documents for inclusion in destruction assignments, file nomenclatures, and lists with retention periods. The staff independently assessed the value of the documents, determined their retention periods, and compiled entry cards for the assignments, specifying titles, indexes, chronological periods, and file numbers. Anzhelika Nikolaevna assisted with practical discussions of contentious issues and answered all staff questions.<\/p>\n<p>Training Session #6, \u00abPreparing Document Destruction Assignments and Files Not Subject to Storage\u00bb, was conducted by A.N.Ermashkevich, Head of the Document Value Assessment and File Description Sector for Government Organizations, Department of Scientific and Technical Document Processing. The session covered the arrangement of structural divisions and the systematization of entry cards with headings, as well as the technical preparation of documents and file assignments not subject to storage: computer typesetting, column content, and final entry.
