The book’s authors are Alexander Baranovsky, a leading researcher at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus<\/strong> and a candidate of historical sciences, and Anton Yupatov, a leading archivist at the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The biographical directory includes information about the secretaries of the Bocheykovo District Committee of the RCP(b), the chairmen of the Bocheykovo and Beshenkovichi District Executive Committees, the first secretaries of the Beshenkovichi and Ulla District Committees of the Communist Party of Belarus, and the chairmen of the Beshenkovichi and Ulla District Executive Committees.<\/p>\n

Documents from the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region<\/strong> were used in preparing the directory.<\/p>\n

The researchers’ work was highly praised. Alexander Yerashov, Chairman of the Beshenkovichi District Council of Deputies<\/strong>, presented the authors with a letter of thanks for creating this unique publication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Representatives of the Beshenkovichi District administration, archivists, local historians, museum staff, and library patrons attended the presentation.<\/p>\n
