On April 23, 2026, N.A.Petlitskaya, Deputy Head of the Department of State Registration and Scientific Reference of the Belarusian State Film, Photo, and Sound Documentation Archive<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BGAKFFD), took part in the IX Forum of Students of General Education Institutions Interacting with the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> (with international participation). The event was held at the State Educational Institution \u00abSecondary School No.152 named after S.S.Belchenko of Minsk\u00bb<\/strong>. The purpose of the Forum was to promote civic and patriotic education of youth and the formation of spiritual and moral values by engaging the younger generation in the study of the past and present events of their small homeland and the entire country.<\/p>\n

The conference was organized by the Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Education Department of the Leninsky District Administration of Minsk, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the History Department of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank, and the State Educational Institution Secondary School No.152 named after S.S.Belchenko of Minsk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The conference was international, with over 110 schoolchildren from all regions of Belarus, as well as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and Izhevsk<\/strong>. A competition of research, creative, and practical works was held as part of the Forum.<\/p>\n

N.A.Petlitskaya, Deputy Head of the Department of State Registration and Scientific Reference Office of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, Film and Television, spoke as the guest of honor at the plenary session and later served as a member of the jury.<\/p>\n
