On April 18, 2026, the staff of the state institution \u00abNational Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno\u00bb<\/strong> participated in a national cleanup day<\/strong>. The entire adjacent archive grounds were cleaned, and shrubs were trimmed. The archival institution’s employees’ workstations were also tidied up.<\/p>\n

NIAB archivists in Grodno also tidied up the burial site of Alexei Sergeyevich Katkov<\/strong>, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War and director of the Central Historical Archives from 1954 to 1986, at the cemetery on Kosmonavtov Street in Grodno.<\/p>\n

Occupational health and fire safety regulations were observed during all work.<\/p>\n

The funds collected by the archive employees were transferred to the national cleanup day bank account.<\/strong><\/p>\n
