In his address, he described the history of the conference and emphasized its scientific and practical significance, which provides young scholars with the opportunity to present their research and receive useful advice from experienced colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>Staff from the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus participated in the section \u00abHistory of Modern Belarus\u00bb. <strong>Leading archivist of the Publications Department, O.N.Borovskaya<\/strong>, presented a paper on <strong>\u00abThe Role of the Belarusian State and University Library in the Development of Book Exchange in Soviet Belarus in 1923-1932\u00bb<\/strong>. <strong>Head of the Information Retrieval Systems Department, O.Yu.Yurkevich<\/strong>, presented a paper on <strong>\u00abCultural and Educational Activities in the People&#8217;s Commissariat of Justice of the BSSR: On the Formation of Leisure Practices of Soviet Employees in the 1920s\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The archivists&#8217; presentations generated professional interest from the audience.
