Representatives of government agencies and other organizations (19 in total) participated in the webinar. These included employees of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, district executive committees, and national archival institutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The webinar was presented by A.E.Rybakov, Director of the BelNIIDAD and Candidate of Historical Sciences<\/strong>; E.P.Dernovich, Leading Researcher of the Document Management Department and Candidate of Historical Sciences<\/strong>; and L.N.Signevich, Leading Archivist of the Records Management and Archival Storage Department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>. They covered the following topics<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

– The regulatory and methodological framework for electronic document management and archival storage of electronic documents and electronic documents;
\n– The concepts of an electronic document, an electronic document, an electronic copy of a paper document, and a copy of an electronic document on a paper medium. Integrity and authenticity of electronic documents;
\n– Creation and processing of electronic documents and electronic documents. File formats;
\n– Working with electronic documents and electronic documents within the preschool educational institution’s automated system;
\n– Requirements for information systems. Registration of electronic documents and electronic documents. Organization of electronic document management;
\n– Creation of electronic and hybrid files;
\n– Assessment of the value and retention periods of electronic documents and electronic documents;
\n– Transfer of electronic and hybrid files to the organization’s archive. Compilation of inventories of electronic files;
\n– Procedure for storing electronic documents and electronic documents in the organization’s archive. Organizational archive information system, Departmental Archive Automated Information System. Requirements for organizational archive information systems;
\n– Conditions under which the creation and storage of electronic documents and electronic documents without paper counterparts is permitted;
\n– Transfer of electronic documents for permanent storage in state archives.<\/p>\n

During and after the webinar, the lecturers answered questions from the audience. Webinar participants highly praised the level of the event, emphasized the importance and relevance of the issues discussed, and expressed gratitude to the organizers and lecturers.<\/p>\n

Seminars and other training events organized by BelNIIDAD in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to clarify legal norms in the field of archival affairs and records management will continue.<\/strong><\/p>\n
