On April 1, 2026, to commemorate the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia<\/strong>, the district dialogue platform \u00abUnity is Our Strength\u00bb<\/strong> was held at the premises of JSC Gomeldrev<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Victoria Rudenko, Chairperson of the primary organization \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb and first-category archivist in the Document Accounting and Preservation Department<\/strong>, represented the State Archives of the Gomel Region<\/strong> in the dialogue platform. Speakers at the event included: A.V.Morzhukhin, Director of the Russian House in Gomel; T.A.Zabiyako, Director of the Gomel Regional Universal Library named after V.I.Lenin; L.A.Tkach, Deputy Chairperson of the Novobelitsky District Organization of the ROO \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb; and D.R.Budyukhin, Deputy Director for Security, Regime, and Personnel at JSC \u00abGomel Chemical Plant\u00bb. A.V.Morzhukhin spoke about the institution’s activities and its interaction with the city’s cultural and educational institutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

T.A.Zabiyako spoke about the exchange of books between libraries. She also spoke about the upcoming performance of the library folk theater \u00abGrachi\u00bb in Bryansk and neighboring regions of Russia.<\/p>\n

L.A.Tkach informed those present about the joint public activities of the \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb public organization with the United Russia party, as well as the joint \u00abHand to Hand\u00bb campaign to help the children of Donbas.<\/p>\n

D.R.Budyukhin’s speech focused on the cooperation between Russian and Belarusian enterprises.<\/p>\n

A.V.Morzhukhin donated the book \u00abIvan Fedorov and Francysk Skaryna\u00bb to the Gomel Regional Universal Library named after V.I.Lenin. \u00abDiscovering a New World\u00bb about the great educators and founders of East Slavic book printing.<\/p>\n
