He spoke about the background and history of this national holiday and its significance for Belarus and Russia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NARB Deputy Director, PhD in History, S.V.Kulinok<\/strong>, delivered a presentation entitled <strong>\u00abModern Approaches to Regional Development\u00bb<\/strong>, in which he highlighted the main areas of government activity in this area and their results.
