Approximately 300 history teachers from the capital participated. The topic of this year&#8217;s meeting was <strong>\u00abThe Contribution of the USSR State Security Agencies to the Defeat of Fascism\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Opening the seminar, <strong>Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies A.N.Tsuran<\/strong> noted the particular relevance of the chosen topic. <strong>Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus S.M.Klishevich<\/strong> noted that the seminar&#8217;s topics are being developed in close collaboration with the teaching community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, PhD in History S.V.Kulinok<\/strong>, presented a paper entitled \u00abThe Fight Against German Agents in Occupied Belarus During the Great Patriotic War\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The second speaker at the seminar was <strong>V.N.Nadtachaev, Senior Researcher at the Center for Military History of Belarus at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus<\/strong>.
