A Unified Information Day<\/strong> was held at the Zonal State Archives in Molodechno<\/strong> on the topical issue of \u00abModern Approaches to Regional Development: From Economics to Social Infrastructure\u00bb<\/strong>. The event served as a platform for open dialogue: the keynote speakers were Oksana Tadeushevna Burak, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Molodechno District Executive Committee<\/strong>, and Grigory Vasilyevich Shevchuk, Chief Physician of the Molodechno Central District Hospital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In her report, Oksana Burak emphasized the impressive results achieved by the district over the five-year period 2021\u20132025. She noted that the Molodechno District makes a significant contribution to the socioeconomic development of the Minsk Region, occupying a prominent place in the region’s industrial sector.<\/p>\n

\u00abThe foundation has been laid for further growth of economic potential\u00bb<\/em>, the speaker emphasized. \u2014 The nominal accrued average monthly wage for 2025 exceeded the 2020 level by 2.2 times, and the industrial production index increased by 154.2%.<\/em><\/p>\n

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of investment projects, including the \u00abOne District \u2013 One Project\u00bb initiative. The creation of new industries in the region has created over 100 additional jobs.<\/p>\n

Oksana Tadeushevna also outlined priorities for the next five years. Key objectives include demographic security, human development, creating a comfortable living environment, accelerating technological development, and tourism.<\/p>\n

Grigory Shevchuk, Chief Physician of the Molodechno Central District Hospital, spoke about the transformation of the local healthcare system. The focus was on accessibility and quality of medical care. Grigory Vasilyevich discussed in detail the technical re-equipment of the hospital. Last year alone, equipment worth over 5 million rubles was purchased. \u00abThe most important aspect is staff retention and the implementation of digital solutions in citizen services\u00bb<\/em>, noted Grigory Shevchuk. \u00abWe strive to create conditions in which every resident will connect their future with our district\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The speakers’ presentations resonated with the archive staff. The team showed great interest in the plans presented: archivists not only asked clarifying questions regarding the district’s development prospects but also expressed gratitude for the work accomplished and the transparency of information provided.<\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, the participants unanimously noted: the future of the region depends on the contribution of each and every one of us. Archive Director Inna Zenonovna Pudakevich<\/strong> brought a philosophical note to the discussion. She emphasized the lofty mission of her team:<\/p>\n

\u00abWe are honored to recognize the responsibility of our profession. As citizens, we live in the future, but as archivists, we preserve the present, which will inevitably become the past. Everything discussed today during the meeting is enshrined in management decisions and executive documentation\u00bb. These documents will be placed in state custody, becoming official evidence of our time. We guarantee that this chronicle of creation will be preserved carefully and professionally. After all, each document represents more than just a report, but a true history of our district, created today by all of us.<\/em><\/p>\n

Such meetings with work teams not only allow us to communicate key indicators to residents but also to obtain feedback, which is crucial for adjusting future steps to improve the quality of life in the Molodechno district.<\/p>\n
