As part of the \u00abLeaders of Tomorrow\u00bb<\/strong> meeting, Maria Mechkovskaya, a representative of the Zonal State Archives in Molodechno<\/strong>, along with the Republican Youth Activists of the \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb NGO<\/strong>, visited BelAZ OJSC<\/strong> and BelGee CJSC<\/strong> to learn from the experience of these flagship Belarusian industrial companies.<\/p>\n

The participants toured the factories’ production facilities, witnessed the smallest details of their equipment creation, learned about the companies’ histories, and participated in discussions of their operations during master classes led by representatives of the industrial giants’ management. The discussions addressed not only economic issues but also the preservation of labor glory.<\/p>\n

For the archivist, this visit was particularly significant: it allowed her to update her knowledge of modern production processes, which will one day become part of the historical and documentary heritage. The meeting itself also served as a platform for dialogue between young professionals united by their desire to work for the benefit of Belarus.<\/p>\n
