In his speech, Grigory Stepanovich briefly recounted the history of the holiday and reminded those present of the sacred duty of each person to defend their homeland and their loved ones. Grigory Stepanovich emphasized the importance of honoring those who have dedicated their lives to serving their homeland and those who are currently fulfilling their duty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olga Yuryevna Zhuk, Lead Archivist of the Department of Records Management and Formation of the National Archival Fund<\/strong>, also congratulated the male staff on behalf of the female staff.
