To foster a national image of working women and promote the role of women in the preservation and development of society, 2026 was declared the Year of the Belarusian Woman<\/strong> by Decree No.1 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

The Department of Scientific and Technical Document Processing plans to hold a series of training sessions for department employees in 2026. The organization and delivery of the sessions will highlight the role of women as leaders and specialists and showcase their professional skills.<\/p>\n

The training sessions are aimed at enhancing the professionalism, motivation, and effectiveness of employees, as well as fostering team building, sharing experiences, and reducing staff turnover.<\/p>\n

On February 11, 2026, Training Session No.1 \u00abFiling of Cases\u00bb was held<\/strong>. E.A.Stukanova, Deputy Director of the Archives<\/strong>, welcomed the participants and noted the importance of holding practical seminars and master classes in relevant areas. Department Head O.V.Skomoroschenko<\/strong> covered theoretical issues related to file filing and described the organization of the work process in this area in accordance with the Working Instructions for Binding Work at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

Lead Archivist T.I.Kurdeko<\/strong> discussed the materials needed for filing and the requirements for them. Tatyana Ivanovna demonstrated file filing to the participants and shared professional tips. Each employee then had the opportunity to practice their acquired knowledge by filing a file themselves and ask questions.<\/p>\n

The staff of the Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department noted the importance and necessity of mastering file filing techniques and thanked T.I.Kurdeko for the high level of organization of the workshop and the presentation of information.<\/p>\n
