{"id":1022614,"date":"2026-01-23T14:59:37","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T11:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1022614"},"modified":"2026-01-23T14:59:37","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T11:59:37","slug":"2025-performance-review-at-the-state-archives-of-the-grodno-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1022614","title":{"rendered":"2025 Performance Review at the State Archives of the Grodno Region"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On January 23, 2026, <strong>a staff meeting<\/strong> was held at <strong>the State Archives of the Grodno Region to review the institution&#8217;s performance in 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by <strong>Alina Zabolotnaya, Head of the Department for Records Management, Archives, Including the Civil Registry Office of the Main Justice Department of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee<\/strong>, and <strong>Ivan Ezepchik, Chairman of the Grodno Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions<\/strong>. <strong>Alexei Tsvetkov, Deputy Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, participated in the meeting via videoconference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Archive Director Sergei Miklashevich<\/strong> summarized all areas of the archive&#8217;s activities in 2025, analyzed the institution&#8217;s key performance indicators, and identified priorities for 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alina Zabolotnaya praised the archive&#8217;s work<\/strong> and expressed gratitude to the team for their productive work.<\/p>\n<p>For their conscientious work and high professionalism, several archival institution employees were awarded <strong>certificates and letters of commendation from the Main Department of Justice of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, as well as from the Grodno Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\"  width=\"100%\" cellpadding=\"5\" cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"gen_table\">\n<tr align='center'>\n<td align='center'><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1-65.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" id=\"media-1079027\" class=\"wp-image-1079027 alignnone size-full\" width=\"80%\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align='center'>1.
