<\/td>\n<\/tr>\nOn January 19, 2026, a meeting<\/strong> was held at the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region to review the institution’s performance in 2025 and its objectives for 2026<\/strong>. The event was attended by Oleg Leonidovich Voinov<\/strong>, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (via videoconference); Marina Fedorovna Bykova<\/strong>, First Deputy Head of the Main Justice Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee; and Oksana Vasilyevna Pashkevich<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Department of State Registration of Commercial (Non-Commercial) Organizations, Legal Expertise, and Organization of Archival Institutions.<\/p>\n A report by Alexander Nikolaevich Korol, Director of the Archives<\/strong>, analyzed the institution’s performance in 2025 and outlined its key objectives for 2026.<\/p>\n Tatyana Vladimirovna Buevich, Deputy Director of the Archives<\/strong>, presented a report entitled \u00abOn the Archive’s Implementation of the Main Provisions of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 2023, No.316, ‘On the Preparation and Conduct of Festive Events’ Aimed at Celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Belarus from Nazi Invaders and the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War\u00bb for 2024-2025.<\/p>\n The archival sector’s leadership gave a positive assessment of the institution’s work.<\/strong><\/p>\n For close collaboration and professional cooperation with members of the investigative team of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office during the criminal investigation of the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War and the post-war period, Konstantin Grigorievich Karpekin<\/strong>, Chief Custodian of the Archives, was awarded a Certificate of Gratitude from the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On January 19, 2026, a meeting was held at the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region to review the institution’s performance in 2025 and its objectives for 2026.
