{"id":1022520,"date":"2026-01-15T15:02:44","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T12:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1022520"},"modified":"2026-01-15T15:02:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T12:02:44","slug":"on-holding-meetings-to-summarize-the-activities-of-state-archival-institutions-in-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1022520","title":{"rendered":"On holding meetings to summarize the activities of state archival institutions in 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<style>\n   .leftimg {\n    float:left;\n    margin: 7px 7px 7px 0;\n   }\n   .rightimg  {\n    float: right;\n    margin: 7px 0 7px 7px;\n   }\n  <\/style>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/departament.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" id=\"media-1026927\" class=\"rightimg\" width=250 \/><br \/>\nAccording to the schedule approved by <strong>Department Director O.L.Voinov<\/strong>, <strong>a series of meetings<\/strong> will be held in January <strong>to summarize the activities of state archival institutions in 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The meetings will review the archival institutions&#8217; performance during the reporting period, the extent to which key performance indicators have been met, and identify priority tasks for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Meetings have already been held at a number of state archives, including:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brest Region<\/strong> \u2013 at the State Archives of the Brest Region, and at the zonal state archives in Baranovichi, Pinsk, and Kobrin;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitebsk Region<\/strong> \u2013 at the zonal state archives in Glubokoye, Orsha, and Polotsk;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gomel Region<\/strong> \u2013 in the State Archives of the Gomel Region, the State Archives of Public Associations of the Gomel Region, and the zonal state archives in Rechitsa, Zhlobin, and Mozyr;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grodno Region<\/strong> \u2013 in the zonal state archives in Lida and Novogrudok.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minsk Region<\/strong> \u2013 in the State Archives of the Minsk Region, and the zonal state archives in Borisov, Slutsk, and Molodechno;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mogilev Region<\/strong> \u2013 in the State Archives of the Mogilev Region, the State Archives of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region, and the zonal state archives in Bobruisk and Krichev.<\/p>\n<p>Work on holding meetings will continue and will be completed within the established timeframe.<\/p>\n<p>The results of the discussions and suggestions will be taken into account in future planning of archival activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to the schedule approved by Department Director O.L.Voinov, a series of meetings will be held in January to summarize the activities of state archival institutions in 2025.
