On December 12, 2025, the Molodechno District Executive Committee<\/strong> hosted a national seminar<\/strong> on the implementation of administrative procedures and the coordination of one-stop services<\/strong>. The annual forum, organized by the Ministry of Justice<\/strong>, brought together representatives of republican government bodies, regional and Minsk City Executive Committees, as well as one-stop service specialists from across the country. During his working visit to Molodechno, Minister of Justice Yevgeny Kovalenko<\/strong> reviewed the activities of subordinate organizations and institutions. He visited the one-stop service, the Civil Registry Office of the Molodechno District Executive Committee, a notary office, a legal consultation office, and the Enforcement Department<\/strong>. The program concluded with a visit to the Zonal State Archives in Molodechno<\/strong>. Together with Tamara Praskova, Head of the Main Justice Department of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee<\/strong>, and Pavel Gubko, Chairman of the District Executive Committee<\/strong>, the Minister of Justice reviewed the institution’s activities in detail. Key development areas were discussed: space occupancy and the efficient use of storage facilities, the use of allocated funds and strengthening of the material and technical base, personnel policy, and employee salaries. Particular attention was paid to the demand for documents in the reading room and the prospects for expanding educational work. The visit to the archives was an important step in the dialogue about the future of the archival service, where the preservation of historical memory is combined with modern requirements for the quality of public service and the development of the professional potential of the team.<\/p>\n
