{"id":1022241,"date":"2025-12-12T16:48:15","date_gmt":"2025-12-12T13:48:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1022241"},"modified":"2025-12-12T16:48:15","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T13:48:15","slug":"on-holding-a-working-meeting-with-developers-of-a-unified-information-system-for-electronic-document-management-control-and-operational-reporting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1022241","title":{"rendered":"On holding a working meeting with developers of a unified information system for electronic document management, control, and operational reporting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to fulfill the instructions of <strong>O.L.Voinov, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, dated December 4, 2025, <strong>a working meeting<\/strong> was held at <strong>the Department of Archives and Records Management<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the Department) on December 11, 2025, chaired by<strong> A.E.Tsvetkov, Deputy Director of the Department<\/strong>, on the creation of <strong>a unified information system for electronic document management, control, and operational reporting (hereinafter referred to as the ESDM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was attended by <strong>representatives of the Department, A.E.Rybakov, Director of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science; A.A.Paplevka, Deputy Director of the Belarusian Center for Digitalization of Archival Activities; and representatives of the Republican Unitary Enterprise Digital Development Center (developers of the Unified Electronic Document Management System), led by Deputy Director S.N.Belikov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, key aspects of the development of the Unified Electronic Document Management System were discussed.
