On November 26, 2025, as part of the \u00abBridge of Friendship\u00bb competition for young writers of the Union State<\/strong>, organized by the Standing Committee of the Union State jointly with the National Press Center of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, a delegation of young authors from the Russian Federation<\/strong> visited the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BSAMLI).<\/p>\n

BSAMLI Director E.A.Makarenko<\/strong> introduced the institution, discussing its main activities, collections, and opportunities for interaction with young researchers and creative communities.<\/p>\n

Leading archivist N.A.Mizon<\/strong> introduced the guests to the literary and documentary exhibition \u00abKnight of the Chalavechaga Spirit\u00bb, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of Vladimir Karatkevich<\/strong>. The literary figures also visited the archive’s storage facility, where leading archivist T.V.Kekeleva<\/strong> spoke about unique documents and collections related to the works of famous Belarusian writers and cultural figures.<\/p>\n

The literary figures’ visit emphasized the importance of a vibrant dialogue between the archival community and contemporary authors: archival collections not only preserve historical memory but also serve as a source of inspiration and research topics for the new generation.<\/p>\n
