The conference is dedicated to the memory of the renowned Belarusian historian, archivist, and literary scholar <strong>Vitaly Vladimirovich Skalaban (1947\u20132011)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The National Historical Archive of Belarus<\/strong> was represented at the conference by<strong> Olga Volkova and Aksana Zenko, employees of the Department for the Use of Documents, Information and Publication Activities<\/strong>, who made presentations on the topics, respectively, <strong>\u00abDocuments of the Fund of the Kamissiy pas tsentsy i likvidatsy\u0456 war strata inflicted on the population by the First World War. Poland&#8217;s Central Liquidation Administration as a krynitsa of the historical German acupation of Belarus (paved by the Dzyarzhaunaga Archive of the Brest Region and the Zanalnaga Dzyarzhaunaga Archive of the Brest Region) Maladzechna)\u00bb<\/strong> (the report is included in the plenary program meetings) and <strong>\u00abBut Who Are We and Where Are We From&#8230;\u00bb (Some Facts from the Biography of E.V.
