On November 12, 2025, the Director of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BSAML) E.A.Makarenko<\/strong> met with students at the BSU Philology Faculty<\/strong> to discuss possible employment prospects and professional development in the archival field.<\/p>\n

E.A.Makarenko discussed the links between the archive-museum and the BSU Philology Faculty, emphasized the importance and significance of the classical education received at the faculty, and introduced future young specialists to the activities of BSAML.<\/p>\n

The meeting was moderated by Sergei Aleksandrovich Vazhnik, Dean of the BSU Philology Faculty, PhD in Philology, and Associate Professor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by the leadership of the Yakub Kolas Institute of Linguistics<\/strong> and the Yanka Kupala Institute of Literary Studies, the Center for Research on Belarusian Culture, Language, and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus<\/strong>, secondary educational institutions of the republic, and others.<\/p>\n

Participation in such meetings will help future young professionals better understand labor market requirements and establish contacts with potential employers.<\/p>\n
