Representatives of government agencies and other organizations (28 in total) participated in the webinar<\/strong>. These included employees of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, and other organizations, including the main justice departments of regional executive committees and state archives.<\/p>\n

The webinar was opened by BelNIIDAD Director A.E.Rybakov<\/strong>, who briefly informed the audience about the latest changes in legislation in the field of archival affairs and records management, the institute’s latest relevant scientific and methodological developments, and noted the importance of properly compiling file schedules for organizing document management on all types of media, their transfer to an archive for storage, or their destruction.<\/p>\n

The webinar featured lecturers E.V.Shumskaya, Head of the Document Management Department<\/strong>, and E.P.Dernovich, Leading Researcher of the Document Management Department<\/strong>, covering the following topics:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Legal requirements for compiling organizational file lists. Regulatory, methodological, and informational basis for compiling file lists. Purpose, types, and functions of file lists;
\n– Preparatory work for compiling an organizational file list;
\n– Procedure for compiling, coordinating, signing, and approving a structural unit’s file list and an organization’s file list;
\n– Schemes (principles) for constructing an organizational file list;
\n– Compiling and systematizing file headings in a file list;
\n– Rules for assigning file indexes;
\n– Specifics of including documents subject to tax audit in a file list;
\n– Purpose, procedure, and features of compiling and formatting sample and standard file lists;
\n– Lists of documents with retention periods;
\n– Specifics of including documents from various management systems in the file nomenclature. The \u00abEPC\u00bb mark. Rollover files. Determining the retention periods for files with copies of documents;
\n– Creating a final record of the categories and number of opened files.<\/p>\n

At the end of the webinar, the lecturers answered questions from the audience.<\/p>\n

The webinar participants highly praised the level of the event, emphasized the importance and relevance of the issues discussed, and expressed gratitude to the organizers and lecturers.<\/p>\n

Seminars and other training events organized by BelNIIDAD, as part of the instructions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to clarify legal norms in the field of archival affairs and records management, will continue.<\/strong><\/p>\n
