Legislative requirements for compiling organizational file schedules.<br \/>\n2. Regulatory, methodological, and informational basis for compiling file schedules.<br \/>\n3. Purpose, types, and functions of file schedules.<br \/>\n4. Carrying out preparatory work for compiling an organizational file schedule.<br \/>\n5. Procedure for compiling, coordinating, signing, and approving the nomenclature of files for a structural unit and the nomenclature of files for an organization.<br \/>\n6. Schemes (principles) for constructing a nomenclature of files for an organization.<br \/>\n7. Compiling and systematizing file headings in the nomenclature of files for an organization.<br \/>\n8. Specifics of including electronic documents and files in the nomenclature of files.<br \/>\n9. Rules for assigning file indexes.<br \/>\n10. Determining file storage periods. Specifics of including documents subject to tax audit in the nomenclature of files.<br \/>\n11. Purpose, procedure, and specifics of compiling and formatting sample and standard nomenclatures of files.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The cost of participation in the webinar is 130.00 rubles excluding VAT<\/strong> (based on subparagraph 1.2 of paragraph 1 of Article 326 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus).<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 2:20 PM by <strong>A.E.Rybakov, Director of the BelNIIDAD, E.V.Shumskaya, Head of the Document Management Department, and E.P.Dernovich, Leading Researcher<\/strong>.
