Makarenko, Director of the Archives and Museum<\/strong>, presented the theoretical aspects of organizing work with personal collections. <strong>O.F. Shatalova, Head of the Department for Scientific Description of Personal Documents<\/strong>, demonstrated the process of scientifically describing these documents, focusing on the challenges involved in implementing this process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L.Yu. Studinskaya, Lead Archivist of the Document Preservation Department<\/strong>, demonstrated all types of primary and secondary records generated by the archives and museum. Using <strong>the People&#8217;s Poet of Belarus Foundation as an example, A.A. Kuleshov<\/strong> discussed the specifics of receiving and recording documents and files of personal origin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leading archivist of the Information Retrieval Systems and Automated Archival Technologies Department E.A.
