Archivists learned about the facility&#8217;s work with detained offenders, as well as where and under what conditions they are held.<\/p>\n<p>A lecture was given to the archivists on the main types of administrative offenses, administrative detention, and types of administrative penalties. Archivists learned that administrative arrest is one of the important measures of coercive influence against offenders.
