On October 6, 2025, a ceremonial meeting of the staff of the State Archives of the Brest Region<\/strong> was held to celebrate their professional holiday \u2013 Archivist’s Day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by E.S.Leshchishina, Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Brest Regional Executive Committee<\/strong>; Ya.F.Stelmashuk, First Deputy Head<\/strong>; and N.M.Kralko, Head of the Department of Archival Institutions, Notaries, and Civil Registry Offices<\/strong>. They thanked the archive’s staff for their work and congratulated them on their professional holiday.<\/p>\n

At the ceremony, E.S.Leshchishina, Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, presented I.G.Romanovich<\/strong>, archivist of the Department of Preservation and Collections, with a Certificate of Honor from the Main Department of Justice of the Brest Regional Executive Committee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To mark this professional holiday, the work of the State Archives of the Brest Region was covered by the media.<\/p>\n

On October 3, the Belarus 4 TV channel, Brest Television and Radio Brest<\/strong>, filmed a news report about the archive’s work in the archive<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

On October 6, Archive Director Anna Karapuzova<\/strong> appeared on the Brest Television and Radio Brest program \u00abMorning Espresso\u00bb<\/strong><\/a>, where she answered a series of questions about the archive’s current operations (see 14:25 mins onwards).<\/p>\n

On October 7, Brest Television and Radio Brest’s \u00abGorod FM\u00bb radio broadcast \u00abIn the Spotlight\u00bb<\/strong>, where A.G.Karapuzova gave an interview about the archive’s main activities and ongoing work.<\/p>\n
