It is thanks to your daily work \u2013 often unnoticed and routine, but always thoughtful and meticulous \u2013 that this heritage comes closer to people.<\/p>\n<p>You establish a connection between the past and the future \u2013 in archive reading rooms, in physical and virtual exhibitions of archival documents, in published books, in documentaries, and in numerous educational projects. That&#8217;s why digitalization is so important today. This is not only a matter of preserving the documentary heritage accumulated over generations.
