On International Day of the Elderly<\/strong>, the State Archives of the Mogilev Region held a special event \u2013 a meeting with archival veterans and former employees. The guests were greeted warmly and cordially. For many, the archive has become their life’s work: they have dedicated decades to archival work.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the guests learned about the working conditions of the current generation of archivists, as well as the processes of document storage and digitization.<\/p>\n

The archival staff noted that the work of these individuals cannot be overstated. They have dedicated their lives to the archives and made a significant contribution to its development. They wished them good health and well-being.<\/p>\n

Over a cup of tea, the veterans and former archival employees shared stories and memories of their former workdays, and discussed the archive’s current life.<\/p>\n

The atmosphere of the meeting was filled with warmth, gratitude, sincere respect, and wishes for the team’s creative success in their work. A commemorative photo was taken at the end of the meeting.<\/p>\n

Such events serve as a link between generations, helping to preserve memories, experiences, and traditions that form the foundation for the future.<\/p>\n
