On this day, our country celebrates a momentous event in its history \u2013 <strong>the 86th anniversary of the reunification of the Belarusian people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In 1921, following the Soviet-Polish War of 1919-1921, the state border crossed Belarusian soil, dividing Belarusians for the next 18 years. In 1939, the people of Belarus once again became united and gained the opportunity to build a common future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>National Historical Archives of Belarus Director Mikhail Glushakov<\/strong> congratulated his colleagues on the anniversary of this significant event.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Unified Information Days for the third quarter of 2025, the topic <strong>\u00abNational Unity Day: The Importance of Peace and Harmony\u00bb<\/strong> was discussed. <strong>Deputy Director of the National Historical Archives of Belarus Natalia Buloichik<\/strong> spoke about the fundamental socioeconomic transformations resulting from the reunification of Western Belarus with the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic and the achievements of a united and independent Belarus today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\"  width=\"100%\" cellpadding=\"5\" cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"gen_table\">\n<tr align='center'>\n<td align='center'><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1-111.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" id=\"media-1075099\" class=\"wp-image-1075099 alignnone size-full\" width=\"70%\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align='center'>1.
