On September 16, 2025, staff from the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BSAML) visited the documentary exhibition \u00abTheatre Where Dreams Are Born\u00bb<\/strong>, which is on display at the Belarusian State Academic Theatre for Young Spectators<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as TYZ) and is dedicated to the opening of the 70th anniversary season of the Honored Ensemble of the Republic of Belarus \u00abBelarusian State Academic Theatre for Young Spectators\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BSAML participated in the exhibition’s creation and provided digital copies of the theatre’s playbills from the 1960s and 1970s, which are displayed in the thematic exhibition \u00abTheatre Playbills Through Time\u00bb. The exhibition also features books about the theatre’s founding and activities, photographs of the building, materials related to the architects of the TYZ building, literary sources for landmark productions from various years, as well as regulations, orders, repertoire plans, and other documents. The presented materials allow us to trace the history of the Youth Theatre’s development and see how its repertoire and creative team developed.<\/p>\n

The modern Youth Theatre continues the traditions of its predecessors, preserving its individuality and special creative atmosphere. The theatre offers a rich repertoire for both children and adults. The creative talent of the actors and interesting productions again and again confirm that today’s Youth Theatre remains a theatre of special purpose.<\/p>\n

The Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art congratulates the Youth Theatre on its anniversary season<\/strong> and recommends everyone visit the exhibition \u00abTheatre Where Dreams Are Born\u00bb. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the history of Belarusian theatre art.<\/p>\n
