Open-Air Museum\u00bb for the National Unity Day and as part of the industry virtual exhibition project \u00abCities of Belarus\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 17, our country celebrates <strong>National Unity Day<\/strong>, dedicated to one of the most important events in Belarusian history &#8211; <strong>the reunification of Western Belarus and the BSSR in 1939<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the Riga Peace Treaty, concluded in 1921, almost half of the territory of Belarus, including the city of Nesvizh, went to Poland. The annexed territories became the eastern outskirts of the Polish state and were used as a source of raw materials, cheap labor, and a market.<\/p>\n<p>The reunification of Western Belarus with the BSSR defined a new stage in the history of our country. The territory of the state regained its integrity, and the active development of the region began.<\/p>\n<p>On the eve of the holiday, as well as within the framework of the industry virtual exhibition project <strong>\u00abCities of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong>, <strong>the State Archives of the Minsk Region<\/strong> presents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamn.by\/ru\/vystavki\/item\/5134-nesvizh-muzej-pod-otkrytym-nebom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a virtual exhibition <strong>\u00abNesvizh.
